What You Will Do
Sell
- Arrive at scheduled residential service calls and connect with homeowners as a trusted advisor
- Listen carefully, diagnose accurately, and present solutions the customer can understand and act on
- Close repair and upgrade sales with confidence and without pressure
Repair
- Replace springs, rollers, motors, and other door system components
- Install keypads, run wiring, and calibrate equipment for correct operation
- Lubricate and test all components to confirm everything is running as it should
- Use hand and power tools to complete the work you sold
Serve
- Deliver the kind of customer experience that earns five-star reviews and generates referrals
- Collect payment and document each job completely and accurately

What We Require
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with at least three years of clean driving history
- Able to lift 75 lbs and work in varying temperatures, including bending, climbing, and kneeling
- Willingness to pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC excluded)
- Comfortable with navigation apps, tablets, Google tools, and basic software
- Minimum of one year of consultative sales experience
