For safety reasons, certain adjustments or repairs may not be performed on components that were not originally installed by Local Garage Doors or that are determined to be unsafe due to age, condition, or prior modification. Older or fatigued components may fail during service due to normal wear and tear.

Terms & Conditions
Monthly Membership Enrollment
Monthly memberships are billed at $19.99 per month per garage door and require a minimum 12-month commitment.
By enrolling, you authorize Local Garage Doors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until the initial commitment is fulfilled or the membership is canceled in accordance with these terms.
After the initial 12-month commitment, the membership may be canceled by contacting Local Garage Doors during regular business hours prior to the next billing cycle.
Local Garage Doors may update membership pricing in the future. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will not take effect without notice.
Annual Membership Enrollment
Annual memberships are billed as a one-time upfront payment per garage door at the time of
purchase.
Annual memberships do not automatically renew. Renewal requires the purchase of a new
annual membership upon expiration.
Annual Garage Door Tune-Up
Each membership includes one (1) annual preventative maintenance tune-up for the enrolled garage door.
- The tune-up must be scheduled and completed during an active membership period
- Missed or unscheduled tune-ups are forfeited
- Tune-ups have no cash value and do not roll over
While courtesy reminders may be provided, it is the member’s responsibility to schedule the service.
Cancellations & Refunds
Membership sales are non-refundable once activated. Membership benefits remain available through the end of the active billing period.

include reminders, confirmations, and membership-related notices.
