102,000+ Garage Doors Serviced | Thousands of 5-Star Reviews | California, Nevada, and Arizona Licensed | In Business Since 2013

About This Role

Local Garage Doors is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to support our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity to build a long-term career in payroll, accounting, and business operations within one of the largest residential garage door companies in the western United States. While prior payroll experience is helpful, reliability, attention to detail, organization, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

Behind every technician who shows up on time and every installer who starts their week with confidence is a payroll team that gets it right. The Payroll Coordinator plays a quiet but critical role in keeping our people taken care of. This is a high-volume, transactional position focused on accuracy, consistency, and follow-through. If you are someone who finds satisfaction in organized records, clean data, and deadlines met without drama, this role was made for you.

You do not need to have all the answers on day one. You do need to be reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow. This is a hybrid position. Some in-office attendance is required, with flexibility on remote days based on business needs and scheduling.
